Tiscali Rentention Deals.. Help

hi guys need ur advice add been getting ripped of with £14.99 just for broadband with tiscali so i called to haggle and get a good deal. got £19.99 for anytime calls, line rental and broadband and no £30 connection fee is that a good deal? i see talk talk running a deal but called and ity would work out at £14.50 (10.50 plus £4 booster pack anytime calls) for first 12 months and then jump to £20.99 a little cheaper but dad prefers to stick with tiscali as he already has broadband - tried to get them to price match but they wouldnt - has anybody else been successful or got a better rentention deal????? any ideas help!
