As the previous poster has said, put £30 credit on your account and Virgin will obtain the unlock code for you.

There is no way to obtain an unlocking code by using the network ID and IMEI number as per Nokia's. There is a hardware unlock solution but this requires a tricky track cut within the phone, followed by computer unlock. I have done lots of Siemens and it is time consuming and slightly risky.

There are some folk who will offer you this service and you have to decide if it is worth it or whether to get Virgin to supply the code for you.
