PPI on loan with Nantionwide- First letter back what to do? HELP please

    I only stated pursueing this last week. I settled the loan in 2006 and had no paperwork with the account number on. I called up for this last week on the tuesday.

    I sent the letter on the thursday. I'll give them 8 weeks to reply to the letter and if i haven't heard anything I'll pursue it

    Update.

    Got a letter back yesterday in regards to the letter I sent. They have just said the same and that "i was not mis-sold the product". I blatently was.

    Going to send letter 2 off here in the next few days.
