Can a single person do their grocery shopping online?

Only Asda, Tesco and Sainsburys deliver to me (I live in the city centre). Also, Iceland's home delivery seems pretty pointless because you'd have to get to the shop and do your shopping as normal anyway. Good for people who can't carry heavy bags I suppose.
Thanks for all your help. By the way, I went to Tesco with my sister and I bought lots of food to stock up, and my sister was throwing in her toiletries and impulse buys like crisps, fizzy drinks etc. and together we still didn't get over the £50 spend required to get free delivery with a code.
I wish I had more space to store things but I live in a little one bedroom flat so I can't keep enough food to feed a small country...:rotfl:
The iceland delivery is good if you do your shopping there say after work or once you have done what you need to do in town but other than that its not as good as the internet based shopping supermarkets0
