Selling my flat

For a 2 bed flat in a decent area i suppose £75-88k is about right considering the market. Is the flat in good order? And how much of the lease remaining? Perhaps you could market it with a local EA.
As far as im aware you wont need to pay stamp duty for any purchase up to £175k at the moment.0 -
Thanks for the replies! the flat is in excellent order, its been done out to a real high standard... My dad bless him is a perfectionist!
it has/had 999 year lease on it i think (might have to check)

My boyfriend is a bit ignorant when it comes to house buying and thinks that i will handle everything! His mum handles all the money in his family and he thinks i will do the same, now i refuse to do this and he needs to pull his weight.
he has no idea about fees and stuff and i've tried to talk to him. he just wants me to do it.... lazy !!!!!!!!!0 -
Gumtree is free, but really you're unlikely to sell on freesites.poppy100
