Changing an economy 7 meter with E.ON

Exactly
So how did you calculate the £29 per quarter saving?
... and more importantly, howcome the E.on representative you spoke to confirmed that you'd save even more than that amount?
Their figure was an annual saving.
My figures for 69 days, not had my bill yet are...
Total electric used 1056 kWhs, comprising of
Night - 220 at 4.98p = £10.95
Day Primary 170 at 32.55p = £55.33
Day Secondary 666 at 15.15p = £100.89
Total £167.17p, this is without any discounts.
Non E7 v12 tariff.....
170 day primary at 26.4p = £44.88
886 secondary at 10.82 = £95.86
Total of £140.74 again without any discounts applied. Which on my quick calculation is about an extra quid over the v8 discount.
A saving of £26.43 (£27.43 with extra discount) over the last quarter. I must stress these are my figures, not Eon's. Not quite the 29 quid I thought as I round figures up and down the first time. Still not too shabby. Their 'computer' give me their saving, which I take with a pinch of salt.
Feel free the pick my figures apart, its a long time since I did maths.;)0
