Oh Angelflower- not sure whether that is a good or bad thing. At least you can relax today, but you'd probably rather have got it out the way after getting yourself psyched up for it!
I've just had a cheque for £300 come through the door. It's a payout of a savings plan from my old employer. I definitely paid that amount into, but thought I had had the pay out as part of a bigger pay out when I left seven months ago.:o I did get less than I thought but thought that was due to tax (the rest of the money I received was from free shares etc so taxable) as I was a higher rate tax payer at the time.
Oh well, I'm pretty sure it is owed to me now I think about it- that's an extra £300 odd off the debt:T . Feeling pretty good about it as a year ago I would have though '£300 I'm not expecting, might as well spend on clothes, a weekend away, cosmetics etc....' but not anymore.
Sorry for that little diatribe- just a bit excited about it! It's 10% of what I want to pay off by the end of the year so a very nice little boost.
