Cashback Problems
Ive just had my final cashback cheque from E2SAVE.
I was on Talk and Text 900 on 3, 3 months half price and 9 months at £4.49, the usual line rental is £40 per month.
My final cheque was only for £112, im sure they have made a mistake. I telephoned them and they claim that the 3 months half price line rental is part of the cashback offer, so they have taken £60 off the cashback total.
Has anyone else had this offer? I signed up to this contract in December 2004.
