Can anyone tell me if this website is a scam. My partner has sent off a postal order for £40 and may have filled in some details online.

I see their address is 145-157 St John Street, London. This is a r/o for thousands of limited companies. They will definitely NOT be trading from that address. And only a mobile number? Hmm.
