Email address for O2 online CS?

My son has been charged more for his negotiated renewed contract and would like to email them to complain.

Can anyone give me the address?

He should be able to log onto his 02 account on line and then clcik on contact us.

I think he siad that he tried this but it limits the amount of words he can use and it's not enough apparently!

And you don't need to sign in but will help more if you put in your mobile number but it explains that on there.

Thank you but as I said the "Contact Us" form limits the number of words you can use.

Try mycare@o2mail.co.uk, mywebcare@o2mail.co.uk and mywebform@o2mail.co.uk

I've used these in the past but I think you'll find that o2 change the email addresses every now and then probably to stop people emailing direct rather than via their form (to avoid spam, etc) so email both at same time.

If neither of these are valid any longer then I've no idea I'm afraid.
