I ended up going into HSBC and speaking to someone. They told me to go home and ring the number on my credit card statement and they guided me though what to do.
Basically ive sent a letter to HSBC telling them when I cancelled it, how much im owed, dates ive spoken to AOL etc and they should be sorting it :rolleyes:0 -
