New to this, but could do with abit of advice as to where i stand!
I had set up a direct debit with t-mobile at the begining of december, and was told my payment would be taken on january 21st, it wasn't. I have since been told i set it up a day too late to be taken then.
Anyway, i recived a text last tuesday saying i was about to be disconnected, and to pay up. I spoke to a t-mobile customer advisor who sent me a text to my phone with instructions to pay using internet banking, which i forwarded to my mother in law, who payed it tuesday evening. My phone was cut off saturday night because they didnt get the payment, and told me it would e 8 days before they could start looking for the 'missing' money. After abit of digging around, turns out t-mobile sent me the wrong account number in the text, and they couldnt find the payment anywhere. I faxed a copy of the bank statment proving it had been payed, but have been told it will be 14 days until the money will be credited to my account, so i will have to forlk out £110 on the 21st when my direct debit goes, even though my previous bill of £54 has been paid!!
Is there anything at all i can do with regards to complainin, or getting some sort of compensation for having to have spent 3 days talking to idiots on the phone?!
thanks and sorry its so long!!!

Hiya, I would email cust.rel@t-mobile.co.uk
They don't have a complaints department that takes incoming calls. All I know is that those who respond to the emails are obligated to respond and I've known a few friends get positive outcomes.
Good luck.
EDIT, make sure you include your t-mobile number in your email.0 -
and your name and password/address, to spead up the enquiry.
Did they give you t-mobiles wrong account number? All the details are on page 2 of your bill as to what you need for internet banking. Although, they really should have sent you the correct info by text also.
Hope it gets sorted speedly
