Advice please

Hi

Can anyone advise me of what i can do in regards to parking tickets that i cannot afford to pay as my OH does not have a job anymore we need to pay 3 tickets which have all gone over there 14 day deadlines and they now want £100-£150 for the tickets. we just dont have the money until my OH gets a job. Is there anyway we could ask them to put the tickets on hold until he gets a job or pay them in instalements?

Anyone have any deas or advice would really be grateful thanlyou kindly:o

First which council is this? Scan/photo the tickets after erasing personal details, post them here using the way advised in the stickies. The experets will be better able to advise if you could give more details as well.

sorry i dont have a scanner to scan tickets but i'll give you the details

1st ticket is LB richmond total £100 i already appealed this one, and they brought the ticket to its normal rate they want payment by 03/03/09

2nd ticket is order of recovery LB richmond total £155 has to be paid 23/02/09

3rd ticket is order of recovery LB wandsworth total £155 has to be paid by 13/02/09

if this is not enough information can you tell me what to put down

i have a phone with a camera in it!!! i'm not very good with technology if someone can tell me what i have to do i'll try upload the tickets

What he means he's contested some and won them all, Neil is an expert at this, if a little short at times. You're safe in his hands but you'll have to do a lot of work to help you're self but he'll put you in the right direction.
