Your contract is with the company that you bought the property off.
Forget about all the subbies - the company you bought the property off is responsible for fixing the problems. Whether they do it themselves or get someone in (e.g. either the original subby or a maintenance subby) is up to them, but they have a responsibilty to you to fix the issues.
If you go to NHBC, they will only pass your issues onto the company that sold you the property, involving yet another 3rd party."Now to trolling as a concept. ....
