I have not stated anywhere that I have no intention of paying, maybe a few of you should get your facts correct before you dish out your #### comments,

    Thank-you.

Could I ask then, why you've made the request for the CCA, and presumably paid them £1 to get it? And why you also mention enforceability in your OP?

After all, by your own admission you remember signing the agreement online.

I made the request because they have charged me several amounts of £12's. I was charged twice £12 , even though I paid my end of month payment on time. They have been charging me ppi ever since I opened the account, I have rang , written, e-mailed asking them to remove this but no luck they keep adding and charging. I have only paid late on 3 occasions, hardly a hanging offense.
So after all this crap that I have been going through with them I decided to CCA them. I have tried several times to come to some sort of agreement but they are being total #####. I have proof of all letters trying to come to some sort negotiation with them. That's why I wanted to see my CCA to see what it contains.

I hope this explains my situation a bit more clearer to those who judge before they know the proper facts.

    Thank-you

Ok, I must apologies for being judgmental without any facts.
So, can you explain your intensions for the benefit of everybody reading this thread please?

Getting a signed copy of your credit agreement isn't going to help you there is it?
I was charged twice £12 , even though I paid my end of month payment on time.
    Very strange...if true?
They have been charging me ppi ever since I opened the account, I have rang , written, e-mailed asking them to remove this but no luck they keep adding and charging.
Ever thought of making a formal complaint? Details on their website.
I have only paid late on 3 occasions, hardly a hanging offense.
Whilst I agree they can't hang you for it, you've only had the account since September last year. Assuming your first statement was produced a month later you've only had 4 payments to make. And so far you've managed to pay 3 of them late. Not exactly a good ratio is it?
So after all this crap that I have been going through with them I decided to CCA them.
Why? How is that going to help you?
I hope this explains my situation a bit more clearer...
I'm sorry, but I'm still struggling to see how CCA'ing them is going to help?
