You can make "sweet pasta" :D Not tried it myself personally, yet, but I do have a book called "100 great pasta dishes" (by Ann and Franco Taruschio ISBN 1856264637 ;) ) and it includes recipes for sweet pasta including "Fried Pasta with Honey" which you serve with ice-cream. They include an eggless ice-cream recipe as well.

Thanks everyone - I have just cooked some bacon, leeks, garlic, onions etc, chucked in a can of toms and sprinkled with cheese.

It's in the oven as we speak (2 big bowls of!)
I hope to freeze anyleftovers - not sure if that's gonna be OK?

Still confused by the 'at what stage to freeze' question!
