TalkTalk Broadband customer??

If you're a current Talk Talk broadband customer then you may have realised they have a serious problem with their email system at the moment, apparently caused by their firewall bombing out.......this is the second day apparently.....
There's a silver lining though....just spoke to customer service on the saynot0870 number eqivalent for talktalk, and was offered a free months charge...but I mentioned that I was looking for a wireless router, and she siad I could have the choice of either a router or a free month...so a router is expected in about 5 days.......worth a try if you're after a router!!! :money:

Just make sure you have not "renew your contract." Quite a few ppl in the past had "free wireless router / free month" etc. only to find out 6 months later they have agree to other 18 month contract with Talktalk / BT Broadband.0

She did start out saying I'd have to renew my contract...but we're not tied in at the moment..and with the crud service they're giving at the minute I really don't want to be!! So after I'd said no she then changed her mind....free months pass or wireless router....0
