Some might say that's because there are so many low-skilled, low-intelligence and low-income people on this forum who seem to blame everyone else but themselves for their circumstances.

Hilarious. I see you're one of the local Herefordians moaning about the immigrants. I don't see many of you moaning about the documented fact that our local Polish immigrants contribute more per capita in tax than they take. I don't see you moaning about the soft fruit that is practically given away in Tesco and Asda in the summer that the Polish immigrants have picked at 4am and 5am for £1 an hour. I don't see you moaning about the immigrant nurses who are caring and healing us all in County Hospital.

It's also funny that you mention their cars as being not MOT'd and death traps. My equally ignorant neighbour moans that our Polish neighbours have cars that are too nice and don't 'deserve' them.

Oh, and FYI - Eastern Europeans on the most part don't have the automatic right to claim any benefits. That's another stupid lie spread about Hereford and Britain as a whole by idiots.

I've never understood why people who think Britain is so !!!!!! are still here - after all, you have the same right as any other European to move and work freely in the EU. Maybe British people simply don't have the guts or the work ethic to get off their fat lazy @rses and go where there is work because they think that just because their mother's vagina happened to be situated geographically in one place when they popped out of it gives them more right over another person to some material thing. I don't for one second begrudge any of the hard working decent people who come here to make a better life for themselves - and their children - it's what anyone who isn't spoon-fed lies and has any kind of work ethic would do. There's a reason why locally farmers and business owners will employ the immigrant workers - they actually WORK and don't sit about moaning and complaining about it all day.

This is not racist. We are north european as are Latvian, Poles etc. You could not tell where they are from appearance. We are talking Caucasian in general.
What the so called offensive post was referring to was a group of people who have no affinity to the UK, who have not paid into the system but do withdraw from it.

This knee jerk race reaction is so annoying and stops real debate.

A definition of race :- Biology. An interbreeding, usually geographically isolated population of organisms differing from other populations of the same species in the frequency of hereditary traits.

which to be fair does nothing but divide people in terms of their physical appearance, which is never a good thing.

so I stand by my original post, there's only one race.

personally I adopt the approach of not liking anyone;)

There's no set definition of a depression, but according to Wikipedia:

Some economists require a fall in GDP of 10 per cent or more before a recession would be referred to as a depression

So if Latvia's GDP has collapsed by 10.5% then that would meet the criteria
