hi so sad angel im still doing my forms but im so scared i got about 34k in debt i know i got to do it but im scared if they came to my place and take things away i have apply for a natwest current account so that i can pay my essencial bills thaks for your advised it realy helps0

Hi ferreira
Make sure that you speak to one of the debt charities to make sure there is no other way. Perhaps ( you may have done this) ...start a thread of your own on here to help you along esp with the SOA stuff.
Natwest are not BR friendly...they will likely close your account after you have gone BR. Coop or Barclays seem better bet.
No-one will take your belongings...the OR is not interested in anything unless it is of higher value..unless you have the odd picasso in the downstairs loo!!??...in fact BR means that your creditors can no longer hassle you at all!!
Hope that helps,

so sad angel thank u so that means i should now try and open a coop account i have seen a deb counc.from insolvency agency but i drive a car that belongs to my boyfriend but the car is register to my address she wants me to put that down and im scared if my boyfriend gets in to trouble becouse of me so wend i do the forms i submit and print do i need to call the court and make a appoitment.0

If the car is registered to your BF then it is not yours therefore should not need to be put on form.
Is your advisor CCCS, CAB or Nat Debtline?? make sure you are not having to pay for advice. Any impartial advice should be free.
If BR is the outcome then call the court & enquire how they book appointments.
Please, please make sure you speak to one of the debt charities first...the judge will ask if you have taken advice.
HTH & please start your own thread with an SOA & let the guys on here help you get the expenditure right.

Hi...SOA is statement of affairs.
Shows income & outgoings to check affordability . It is also a good indication of where savings are possible & if you are insolvent.
I hav`nt got a link...I hope someone can post one here for you.0 -
