Good luck to you. Mine was on the 5th Feb and was a breeze and the judge didn't even want to see us.
Let us both hope for Early discharge!!!

If your really scared, dont be because things could be alot worse. This has been life changing so far but bankruptcy is there to help us when we need it. Nobody wants to be in this postion but you will look back and fell courageous as you have taken control and will have a fresh start on life. I am now in day one of my bankruptcy but I can now feel the weight slowly coming off my shoulders. I can now live life and thats what i intend to do. I thought I had it all at one point, money, flash house etc and the thought of it all coming to an end was never an option, well it did and i too have felt nervous, embarassed, ashamed and all the feelings of the unknown but then I took a long hard look at things and took control. Now i have taken control I feel empowered and you slowly understand what is important. LIVING LIFE;)

That sounds fab Sparesomechange! Cant wait til I to can Echo those words, just wanna put this whole mess behind us and enjoy being a family, something we havent really ever done as we've struggled and dabbled in everything from network marketing to businesses for the past 10 years! My eldest is now 10 so there you go! All in an effort for the 'good life' when really we probably had it all along! I feel I'm turning a huge corner in realising just what is really important!!

I have opened one before BR (necessity I`m afraid) ...however best advice may be to not leave too much in there in case the OR says that you can`t keep it & seizes the balance !! There are differing thoughts here....depends on the OR !!

hi so sad angel im still doing my forms but im so scared i got about 34k in debt i know i got to do it but im scared if they came to my place and take things away i have apply for a natwest current account so that i can pay my essencial bills thaks for your advised it realy helps
