Problems with Virgin.Net 24/7

Anyone having problems logging in Virgin net 24/7? I couldnt log in since last Friday and this is really frustrating...the error message- is connection to remote comp could not be established.
I've checked at my office and they say that there is good service operating.
Some two weeks back they had another problem - line busy and that was down for over 1 week...I had to call their customer support desk (charged at premium rates) only to be told that they are aware of the problem ...of course this is after they dragged the conversation for a few minutes by asking how they may help you, then ask for identification, then dragged on for a good few seconds while "system loading my personal details" ... :mad: :mad: :mad:
Any suggestions as to how i can claim back the monthly fee that I paid them? What boards can I complain to?
