Need a phone I can hear properly

I have an LG KG320S
It's a `pay as you go` which I prefer.
Nice neat little phone, has all the whistles and bells (which I seldom use), but when someone calls I can hardly hear them.
Unless I am missing something (don't think so) there is no way of turning up the volume on in-coming, or out-going come to that, calls.
Can I ask two things:
Does anyone know of a way to turn up the volume on calls
or
Can anyone recommend a phone that has a loud speaker for calls.
I am not particulary hard of hearing by the way.

The Motorola w220 and W156 are good basic candy bar phones, & have a loudspeaker function. The were on sale recently at Carphone warehouse for £5 plus £10 top-up. The w220 is equiped with Motorolas "crystal talk" function to enable clear quality calls. I have seen them on sale on Ebay.0

According to page 25 of the manual here:
http://www.portablegear.nl/media/handleidingen/lg-kg320_engels.pdfAdjusting the Volumecall, use the up and down navigation keys.
If you want to adjust the earpiece volume during aStompa0
