    ok ill take the challenge

I'll give you a month to sell it at that price and I'll give you 40 k in cash

I have that in the bank and can prove it

    So

    Deal or no deal?

We dont have our house on the market for £450 000, but it is just over £400k we know we are likely to get offers below which is why we arent going to massively reduce the price at the estate agents, we dont have to move, but we want to buy 40 acres for a new business, if we can sell above £400k we can go into the new business if we dont, we wont sell, depends on how much someone wants a nice rural life, with fantiastic views over the tanat/vyrnwy valleys.

But the BBC catagories are split in to Detached, Flat, semi, terraced so you could tell if that was the case.

Yes if you look at just each category you would get a clearer picture, but there still could be a wide variety within each category. to get around this, I thought the Land registry ONLY included situations where the SAME property is sold multiple times. So even then the difference between say a 1 bed and a 4 bed flat is taken into account as you are comparing exactly like with like.

i'm just glad to have an explanation of why my area looked much much worse than it really is! as a statto this kind of manipulation really grinds my gears... (in the words of peter griffin)

:hello: Nice to see you around....has been all sorts of stuff going off recently. It's been exhausting......and this is where I choose to spend an hour or so of downtime most evenings....more exhausting than Real Life here at the mo.

Hope all well and you are OK?

    ;)

Life is life:confused: -nothing I can do about it but live it.....or thats what I tell myself! Lots good happening, some less so. Very concerned about what I read of events here, though  How's the rag trade? I was helping a neighbour with some wretched sheep in the inclement weather and thought of you, in fact had an odd dream. I can't tell you how much sheep frustrate me: I had nightmares DH bought me a flock of Jacobs (one of the few breeds he recognises) and I was trying to flog you the fleeces.:D

Don't worry about the stuff you read....someones OH has been around..all OK I believe. PM me if you want to know more gossip. I have inside info ;)

Sheep......:o I saw the Izzy Lane products yesterday. I posted a link once.
    It got me thinking.

Combine a primary industry with the secondary, then add on the tertiary (sic?) one (that's the bit that makes the £££). Snag is, things have got to unravel a but for me first, before I can go forward.

I saw you on the other thread so I know you know what I am going on about.

Have you found anywhere you want to call home yet?

Honeylamb, my memory lasts the length of a thread normally....only nuggets stay longterm. :o:D But I think I know what you think youknow that you think I know.:D :D:D:D

re home, missed a plot I really liked (although planning could well have been an issue) around festive season....just didn't get the email, cue much blue language and the 'there will never be another one like this one again' but feeling calmer about it ATM: one of my horses, my very special girl, has a potentially life limiting problem and tbh I am aware that should this happen now the last thing I should do is take big fanancial decisions. Won't know anything for another month (medicating then will blood test again) but she's an older girl -we've been together since we were both kids and its her who has been teaching DH to be a horseman. Ironically vet who came to see her poo-poohed my concerns and got me all excited about having another foal from her ("she's too good not too") so extreme elation before profound fear.:o Anyway, all OT. I'll pm you.
