This site searches the net every day for the latest deals on phones that offer cashback totaling the same as the line rental so at the end of the 12 months you have paid nothing for the phone.
There are some great phones on here with up to 400 minutes any time any network and 250 txts, my girlfriend has one of these and has always got the cashback.
If you want the latest phone they also list the best deals for these telling you what the total term spend will be.
