On the complaints form write down all your points:

Your age at the time, young and vulnerable.

De-generated ticked (ticked by company, not yourself).

If you had known what PPI was at the time, you would not have taken it out.

As much as you can to make your case stronger, tell them you feel deprived of your money and it would not have been a benefit to you, it was worthless and you want all your PPI back, plus interest, also any charges that may have occurred.

If your struggling with financial diffiiculties right now as well, also any personal issues, let them know and ask if they can consider fast track for you.

Just to make you aware, it can take some time due to the volume of these complaints, but it should all be worth it in the end, if they give you fast track in your favour then it may not take as long, also depending how the company react, but I feel you have a good case here hun, so all the best, and please let us know how you get on.
