I ordered from them in the summer and for what it's worth they were fab. Ordered about £800 of stuff and got free delivery and the text update service was really useful. Yeah, good.

We have had stuff delivered by Ikea--never again. They were late and unhelpful, saying that they could not take items upstairs for reasons of health and safety, although when we asked what exactly they said that they didn't have to state them!!!!!!!!!

I like Ikea stuff, but I now only go to look and buy cheap glasses. They have some really good ideas and the market place is great.

I seem to be having similar issues with Ikeas online delivery service myself, three cancelled dates so far. No word or apology from them just an automated new date sent through weekly. Very poor service and reliability (and the weather at the moment is quite pleasent) from them, I won't be ordering from them again.

Well it's good to know that things haven't improved in TWO YEARS!!!
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

Ive just had a problem with them as well, they changed the date 4 times! Also they cancelled one day at 10am the day it was supposed to be delivered!
