This is what i got in reply to my email i sent asking were my free gift was .

Thank you for your recent email.
"This coupon code is only available at the point of sale. Once a purchase has been finalised a coupon code cannot be used."

If a further order is placed and the offer on the coupon is still valid,please ensure that you enter the coupon code at the checkout then submit your order.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience.

This was my reply.. yes i am aware of how your coupon codes work and as i got the free p&p that was also included in the code they you can see i did use the code at the point of sale and not once i had finished my order so i look forward to receiving my free gift thank you

I couldn't remember the code either, so just quoted the full name of the offer item (I think it's in the OP) - that seemed sufficient as I wasn't asked for any further details. I did quote my order number (on the packing note by your name and address, and also at the top of the note).

after telling me i didnt enter the code they now sent me the same email as everyone else lol.. the cheeky sods even sent me it twice do you think i will get two lol nah

I received the missing products this morning, after emailing on 24th.

I'm pretty impressed with the service, especially as the free wrinkle cream is a full-sized pot.

Well I emialed avon cs ad had the standard reply the same as the one above about only useing coupons at point of sale i have emailed back politly pointing out that i did use the coupon at point of sale and that there systems accepted it otherwise how did i get the free delivery. I also said i looked forward to hearing when my free gift would be despatched.

Oh well i will just have to see what happens :-)

Just thought I'd update everyone - after e-mailing on Monday (28th Feb) and receiving the standard response, I got my cream yesterday evening! Full size, which mum is well chuffed with. If it works she buy some-unless of course a few more 'free' pots should appear. Thanks to al you MSE's. I've been on this site for a month and I've learnt quite a few things which i would never have done before - like this. Why do freebies feel so good? :T Thanks again especially to Freebie* - respect to you.
