i recieved my parcel today i got free delviery but no free cream i did an extra lip balm free though so not to bothered.:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0

It's definitely worth emailing - I got only one of the two items I paid for (though the delivery note said two were enclosed), and no wrinkle cream.
I emailed this morning, got a holding response, and then the same email as Spud at 9 tonight.
