It doesn't, you need to add something to your basket, then go to view your basket. At the bottom you will get the opportunity to enter the code, click update bag then discount and free product will show.

Cheers I had just worked it out and came back to tell the good news and found your reply! Its the first time I have used `codes` might be hooked from now on ( like I am to BOOTS). Lip balm and gift on its way. :T :j

Edit: I Just tried ordering it in a different browser originally placed order in mozilla but did the second one in IE, changing my address slightly and using my daughters name, different email address and different credit card and it worked!

Thanks charlotte3. It worked and I have ordered something else ok. Whats the weather like , I was born in Lake and pop down for weekends sometimes, although I've been in the midlands now for 30 odd years.

Received my 3 boxes today including said free gift. Packaging a bit poor, but contents safe. Looks yummy - don't want to offend mum by giving her a pot though!

I achieved the multiple order by clearing down the cookies after each order, and then using different email addresses - work, home and other half. Identical names and addresses each time.

To clear cookies, go to Tools, Internet options, and delete cookies!
