Must say I'm not coping very well with the boredom... After 3 weeks maternity leave I'm sick of my own company and the energy the imminence origunally inspired has turned into plain frustration and an inability to settle to anything for more than 10 minutes...

    Must snap out of it!

  • I'm still going to the gym Pepe-becasue of DH's shifts this week, will be difficult to go much but Sammy gave me a killer workout DVD so will be doing that at home instead. (30 Day Shred! eek!) Glad neck is feeling improved.

Anyone know owt about contract law? Short story is a storage company are threatening to sue us for non payment of storage fees for BILs camper van. He asked my DH to arrange storage at a van park which we did. We paid 1st years fees as he was skint. He isn't now but is refusing to get in touch with storage company to pay now overdue fees. They say their contract was with us so we must pay or they will sell/scrap it. We have told BIL many times payment is due but he's done nothing. Can we get them to scrap it? Must we pay? Any ideas?SRM xxx

Thanks Luc, glad to hear all is OK. I am excercising left arm whilst posting! Feeling lots better, moving the right arm causes more pain than the left!
But being a man, I wont complain about something so trivial.
You coping with the boredom now that you have cleaned everything in sight?
Are you right handed Pepe?

thanks SRM, sports massage later ( method rather than speed, i presume ). Also I reg go to a Chiropractor ( her father is the McTimony in McTimony Chiropracty method ) which usually keeps stuff in line.
Not an expert but the Storage Co are within their rights to demand payment from those who signed the Original Contract and to take a 'lein' over any proprty held..........and to dispose of as they see fit following prior warning.

edit; which could mean a shortfall!
