Afternoon all, hope everyone's cool. I was up till 4 last night, coz I slept in the afternoon I just couldn't sleep in the night. Oh well, as long as I get everything that needs doing done today (or possibly tomorrow) was going to go into town but I don't feel like it today. Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

I'm here. Was just catching up with the day's blether.
After the (finally proper)snow last night I think Bean has decided to stay in the warm for a bit longer... Hubbles is now hoping for Friday 13th...
Lenny - are you sure you didn't just scratch yourself and its gone a wee bit septic? Is it red/puffy around the greeny brown bit? Is it itchy?
Pepe - hope the massage works. Try not to 'favour' it though. Making yourself work the muscle can really help ease the pain, keeping it immobile will just lock the tightness in...

. I would say it is more browny. it feels like a scab; maybe I should try picking it off. Not itchy or puffy. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Thanks Luc, glad to hear all is OK. I am excercising left arm whilst posting! Feeling lots better, moving the right arm causes more pain than the left!
But being a man, I wont complain about something so trivial.
You coping with the boredom now that you have cleaned everything in sight?
:D stay wonky
