O2 - got bill before I got the phone!!

Signed up for a new account with O2 on Friday (already have one account so this is a secondary one).

Haven't received the phone yet so imagine my suprise when I got an email today with my first bill!!

Blimey you'd think they'd wait at least a couple of days - I'm now being billed from Friday when there's no way I can use the account yet.

    If you give them a call I'm sure they will credit the few days line rental that you didnt have the phone. Depending on the tariff you are on, this may only be £1-£3

    lol, I agree to a point...
    The snow has made it a nightmare for some deliveries (there's notifications all over my work)... so it may turn out to be a bit longer, meaning bigger refund!

    I'd ask the £1 be refunded on principle, best set a future standard with any Telco - yu wont accept less that fairness
    SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)
