Help! desperate to replace e ring before wedding.

I recently lost my platinum diamond engagement ring. I am getting married in just over a month so keen to replace it asap. On contacting my insurance company with halifax they have handed my claim over to signet who will be contacting me in the next 24hrs. I was adviced that they normally replace the ring from their stores eg Hsamuels or vouchers for the same. My ring came from a more individual place than this and only so many are made I am confident the store could get me another one but I want the same ring back!
Not vouchers for a high street store where I couldnt find anything I like in the first place!
What advice does anyone have for getting the full amount refunded to replace it with the very same ring?

I'm unsure, but I'd probably make a case that it was an unusual ring with the original receipt, a photograph/catalogue pic of it, and a description of it from the original shop. Did you state that it was unusual when you took out the policy, as that could perhaps be further evidence
