I got DS a wicked little "chopper" style bike with stabilisers, 14" wheels, handlebar tassles and flames painted on it, for £9.99 today, reduced from £64.99. They also had 20" chrome bmx bikes and 26" y frame mountain bikes for £12.99 each. This was Watford and there were a few of each left.

didn't get much chance to look as ds1 needed loo so bought trainers for him (£9.99 so not as good as some bargains but just happy got some to fit!) & just realised never looked for batteries. doh!

I got my other half some umbro shirts for 1.29 each (mens) and there is loads of kids stuff, that was about 2-3 weeks ago.

Last week from Drake house retail park got a pair of mens size 9 Nike shox 8.99 from 89.99, and a pair of DKNY nice sunglasses for 8.99 from £89.99. Also womens No fear t shirt 1.29.

From Meadowhall Thursday womens Gola trainers 2.49, Leeds home shirt mens medium 3.99 and shorts medium 1.79. :kisses:

Got a nice pair of ladies Adidas with the reduced for 5.99......noticed them full price on the shelf for 59.99. Somebody made a mistake!

I was advised to buy a pair of cross trainers from my personal trainer (who i have thanks to the other thread about the six months free membership at Holmes Place) before I start my whole fiteness regime, and I was about to step into JD sport when my daughter frogmarched me to sportsworld.
I budgeted for £75 and I spent £91 BUT i got a pair of nike trainers £50% off, a pair of LA tracksuit bottoms, two Diadora vest tops and training bottoms, two Londsale tracksuits (for teenage kids), A padded LA gear zip jacket, a knitted cardigan, a fur jacket(yes in a sports shop), a gorgeous military jacket and three pais of trainer socks!!
How the hell has this place passed me by.
is it always that cheap? :T

I would not normally go there as i'm not massivley sporty, but picked up some real bargains.
nice red jacket (regular fashion jacket) 4.49.
England football boots for a todler with little football 2.99
9 piece england set for todler 7.49 (not official, but still cute and a lot of stuff for the money)
karrimor trainers 20.99 instead of 70.
lots of other things seemed good value. teenagers karrimor jackets 10 instead of 100 and nice too.
men's karrimore ski jacket 45 instead of 210.
no fear sallopetes £15.
all in sheffield store down the more.
didn't look at much else, but seemed to be some good prices.
i think the englad away shirts are a good price too, and also offering full refund in englad win the world cup.

i was shopping the other day and was really cold so i nipped into sports world and got myself a lonsdale sweat jacket - reduced from £45 to £6 - it is one of the same that is in one of the other sports shops at full price at the moment so i know it isnt out of date....

i asked if they were shutting down hence the prices but she said they were always so low and they had just been taken over by another firm so would be keeping their low prices...

also;- the sun have a free voucher going for a free football from there and also there is meant to be a 20%off voucher for the england shirt when it comes out and if we win they will refund everyone who bought theirs there....
