Not a vast amount in Leeds centre one. Got a pair of astroturf trainers and some nikes for my lass though, under a tenner the both :)

Loads of Leeds Utd tops though for 4 quid or so, loads of sizes. No idea if current or not, as not a Leeds fan.

there are two in Livingston. A big Sports World and a smaller Donnay shop.

I tried both and bought a pair of Lonsdale white trainers for a fiver . Also got a golf Christmas kit for £1.19. Only bought it for the towel and the pitch mark repairer but considering my last towel cost a fiver on its own, I thought it was a good buy.
They also had Armani sunglasses down to £9 from £90. I wear glasses though so no good for me.

I think speed is very much of the essence here.

if they are the same as the kits in the white rose they are not current - so my brother said when ds1 asked for the kit! might have just been an excuse not to buy it tho as i wouldn't know either!!

Buy an old kit and tell your children that it shows that they've been fans for ages if they've got old kits - well it used to work with my son - now he collects the old kits - not Leeds though!

I was thinking the same thing......!! The only shop I've seen doing a similar thing is Sports World in the Oracle....!!

there's a place next to Sainsbury's in Calcot that I think is part of the Sports/Soccer World chain!

My son wore his £5.99 Reebok CL vanta TRAINEES for footy traing last night (originally £59.99) and 3 of the kids asked him were he got them from and said they were beastie (some type of teenager slang for cool -I think.)
Absolutely thrilled with my savings, even my husband was amazed at the savings.
May go for another look after work tomorrow.
