Can I draw your attention to the fact I am not asking you which one is the best mortgage for me but which ones are the best on the market for people with 10 and 20% deposits, preferably tracker, 2 years tracker perfect.
I am not asking you either how to buy a house
Amusing how people reply to questions that were never asked and do not reply to the one asked
10% Northern Bank
20% First Direct0 -
thank you, hope they will not withdraw it at a blink of an eyeThe word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.0 -

I just did a best availalbe on an all of market comparison site( I know it won't include all available) using deposit as the only parameter.
The OP wants to know the best available to anyone not just them.
Can you answer that question? anything else is currently wasted the OP is not listening.0 -

Pls see the 2 quotes below, the first refers to themselves, then they become altruistic in the 2nd post. It is interesting to see you have followed the request/command "save me time please" by searchingon behalf of the OP, using your own time.......I have to pay people to do this!
Thank you well, i would try to put 20% if after comparing the rates for 10% and 20% I will see it is worthwhile.
You would have saved more time if you had googled "mortgage best buys" or something similar, than posting this thread and responding to peoples (justified) criticisms.0
