not money supermarket as you have posted0 -
Robert_Sterling, why on earth would you deliberately mis-quote somebody ? It isn't funny. I've noticed that a lot of your posts are largely pointless quips but deliberately altering a statement posted by somebody else is just plain wrong (and stupid). Grow up.0

RS...........with the replies you post you are one of the first to point out to others if they're even contemplating an action that may be outside T&C's, law etc.................However, you're prepared to quote something in my name and ALTER/FALSIFY it!!! ............Double standards come to mind0

what you haven't said is:
what is your income and/or partner's per annum?
how long have you been in your job/s? and in what field?
how much do you want to borrow, on what price property?
do you have any other debts?
generally 2 year fixes and trackers have lower rates, longer deals higher rates.0 -

The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.0 -

Justme111 there are so many products even today that meet that criteria, yet only five may actually be right for you. What people are saying is, you may find it more useful to either give a little more info, search your self or find your self a broker. Your criteria is to wide reaching.
People are always getting shouted down on here for given duff advice, but nobody is giving advice, its opinion and may not be correct.
You need a top ten table, search online, then post your findings on here and then get our opinions!"Banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies." Thomas Jefferson
