Sounds like you already have a pretty good deal, any movement would require you to have you line taken back by BT, which could be problematic, and costly.
If it ain't broke don't fix it.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
i was thinkin to switch my rental bck to bt for £11 a month and get o2 8 meg broadband as i have a o2 contract and could also wait for a quidco deal ?0

Tiscali UK is being sold by end next month......prices will prob go up so I would phone Tiscali & lock in a deal, perhaps you can get Tiscali TV throw in for a few quid more ? Where Tiscali does £14.99, some exchanges are Tiscali TV enabledSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe

I rate o2 broadband very highly at present. I've installed it for 3 people in the last couple of months and they are all pleased with the service. If you have an o2 mobile (contract or PAYG), the current deal for up to 8 meg is just £7.34. With Quidco as well that is a good deal. Last one I did, she ordered it on a Monday and was connected the next day! I tested the speed for her after install and despite being on the 8 meg limit it was downloading at 10-12megs. I also find the o2 box and software stable.
This assumes that o2 is LLU at your exchange of course. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Not sure how you get away with downloading 150-180 gb on tiscali as that's way higher then anything they would usually let you download are you sure its that much?
Either way its not really a big deal but as the others have suggested o2 is a good choice if you can get it.0 -

i download 25 dvd 5(s) on an avg a month which makes it 110 GB + got 2 other laptops and heavy ps3online gaming so i believe it goes in the region of 180 GBs0 -
Tisc's FUP is 100GB, remember the 18 month contract that you are tied to going back to BT, if you want o2 broadband or any other broadband consider Post Office for line rental
inclusive line rental - no need to pay BT
inclusive evening calls - to UK landlines
inclusive weekend calls - to UK landlines and mobiles as well as our top 20 international destinations
inclusive calls anytime - to other Home Phone customers
no long contract and no minimum tie-in
