Half term next week  will consider my budget for then very carefully & post at the end of the week
Good luck to everyone else though...
*slinks off rather quietly*
Ohhhh, I hate the half term budget thing - especially as a supply teacher who misses out on a whole week's earnings! There will be 7 of us in our 2 bed apartment over the weekend - including 3 children who need to have treats from their aunty Raychee!
NSD today - necessary after my spends yesterday. I can console myself with the thought that I am spending from my pub wage (petrol and treats money) not out of my bank account.
Only a couple of days left of this week! Keep it up everyone. :jNatwest CC - [STRIKE]£2545[/STRIKE] now £0 :j
Overdraft - £2668 - to be cleared by February 2010

Morning!
Had to have tea and chocolate yesterday - got a bad grade on something I worked really hard on and only chocolate would fix it! Well, a nice glass of wine would have worked too but I had w*rk in the afternoon.
£11.75 spent so far, so £3.25 left to last today and tomorrow, shouldn't be a problem seeing as I'm rehearsing tonight instead of going to the cinema  I'm lucky my friends understand when I'm called into rehearsals, otherwise I'd have no friends left!
Good luck on the NSDs today!!2019 Aim: Save £10,000

Reporting in for duty PP! I haven't spent anything yet, I was going to buy a stamp, but someone kindly gave me one instead! Work's been so busy I haven't had the chance to go out at lunchtime and this is the only reason for the no spend!Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30
Total debt today: £0 - debt and mortgage free 29th November 2013 :T

Err a tin of beeswax polish for £6.25  ... but have been doing the karate thing this morning & everything looks fab so not too bothered about that....pribably because I'm so high on the fumes :rotfl: ; also bought a book called The Frugal Cook for a not very frugal £11.99
& now miffed as apart from a good read there's nothing in there that I couldnt have picked up from the Old Stylers   anyway it looks nice & could always be recycled as a pressie I suppose
. And I did buy a few food bits too ...
Work is really drying up & I think I got into that " got nothing so might as well spend it" mode  .
Need to stop that right away
Going to work on next weeks budget now....
well done everyone else :A0 -

Hi Everyone
Been trying to get an update in for a few days, just sooo busy!!
Anyway, I have £3.91 left in my purse of the £8.45 I'd allowed myself for this week. Have spent on postage for some ebay parcels, a bottle of mayo, some pepsi and chocolate. Not bad methinks since the postage will repay itself when I draw it out of paypal and the mayo should really come from my shopping budget. Oooh, almost forgot, the tooth fairy had to visit last night too, so that was another £1.
So really, I've only spent on pop and chocolate:rotfl:
Planning to have coffee with a mate tomorrow, so that's a planned spend, but other than that, nothing else, so hoping to end the week in credit again...yay!! :j

Hi All
I'm sat here working (or nearly working) and feel in need of chocolate but chocolate = money spend. I have over 3hours left at work. Hope I can resist.....A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
