Hello there.
Personally if you can I would do this yourself, this way you won't have to pay a penny apart from the stamps and recorded delivery which is recommended as your proof of delivery.
And of course you get to keep all your refund.
There are letter templates on this site and help from this site, more here on the guidelines of reclaiming plus templates.

Found lots of mis selling reasons (on a template reclaiming letter) that may be a help to some on here - this was from The Guardian, quite a list of reasons, thought I would post this to you here, if you think it would be of any help to others.;) Also something about partial refunds being unfair, so I take it, it must be updated.
