since when was £111 3 times as much as £97????
Is it maths or English that you are struggling with, whilst reading this thread?
If my typing is pants or I seem partcuarly blunt, please excuse me, it physically hurts to type. :wall: If I seem a bit random and don't make a lot of sense, it may have something to do with the voice recognition software that I'm using!

    omg!
the estimated price for a piece of beef or lamb was £5 they sent her a piece of meat for £15.
    £5 x 3 = £15.
    are you with me?

I think I would have notice a 3kg piece of lamb was larger than I ordered. Nearly half a stone of lamb! Was it just one piece. the beef as well i would have known it was a lot more than 1kg.

You wouldn't have been charged if it was a substitute.

The picker has either picked up a piece of meat bigger than requested which the system will allow as it does with free weight products, or the picker has picked up a more expensive cut of meat and pressed over-ride instead of substitute (which will do as it says over-ride the price rather than subbing the item)

I have noticed that a few times when I ordered my shopping with ASDA online, I have had a higher quantity of certain things.

I ordered a 12 pack of toilet paper one week but I ended up with 2 packs. Even if we had a dose of the skits I wouldn't order 24 toilet rolls.
I used to suffer from lack of motivation.... now I just can't be arsed.
