    Awww that is so sweet.
And what a clever girl at 2 yrs to know all her colours! My LO is 22months and just starting to get one or two.

Not sure if this is useful or not.. i used to make homemade jigsaw types things for my kids... Saddo that I am.

We start with just 4 colours, like just coloured printer paper, and I cut out 2 lots of the same basic square shape in the same colour. One lot I glue to a blank A4 sheet, and the other lot I used for playing match the colour. You can even glue them to paper first and then laminate to make them last longer if you like.

You just say the colour and shape then as you are playing, its funny how obssessed they get with these little games. I got up to about 5 sheet with 20 colours on and ds would surround himself as he matched them all up. Used tinfoil for silver, wraping paper for gold, etc...

We have lots of homemade games like that, we move on to squares, circles, triangle, diamond, in mixed colours.
My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly :)

Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx

I gotta tell. My niece is a Druid. Went to her wedding. I was out of place, joined in, it was beautiful. We danced in a circle, Held hand, the ceremony was lovely. I jumped over something cant remember. but that girl and her man are the loveliest, kindest people on the planet. I even joined them on a weekend Tintagel, Cornwall October 31st . Realised OMG Halloween what have I let myself in for stupid me scared white witch no knowledge. Traipsed through woods eventually found cafe top of waterfall and woodland slope. went down. awwwwwwhhhhh scarey. getting dark. Loads of camoflage jacket types holding handss under the waterfall in a circle water flowing round our feet. Nite lite all in the rocks. It was magical. Strangers hugged me, scared but what lovely people. A night in my life I will never forget and a lesson not to judge yet again.

PMS I'm an August baby and had no problems at school at all, well not academically anyway lol! Having a birthday in the school holidays really sucked though :(

DH's birthday is near end of July but he's done fab academically but again hated his birthday in holidays. Eldest DD's birthday is October so her's is the other way round, I keep getting told we have an 'exceptional' girl which I know she is but she only missed going into the year above by a few weeks so could be down to that ITMS.

Doesn't it just! my DS is 26th August and when he was about 7 he'd handed out his invites for his party before they broke up, not a single person remembered to come and we were left with a heart broken boy and tons of food :( We didn't risk it again he had a party for halloween the following year and then always a trip with a best friend after that.
That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free ;)
  • Long shot I know but does anyone have one of those Go Glow lights like this? https://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss_w_h__1_6?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=go+glow+light&sprefix=go+glo&sprefix=go+glo LO got one last year 'In The Night Garden' from that big goody bag I won with Woolies last year well I can't find the charger, the one I thought was the charger isn't working so need to know if it is the correct one ITMS - if you have one what does it say on the charger? What colour is charger? Anything that might help PLEASE????
