Ah thanks gert
I appreciate your getting me back up to speed!
I was around for some of that but I wasn't sure of Easters woofer - last I saw he was sporting a lampshade to stop him munching on his stitches so I'm glad he's doing well.
I'm so glad the Inn is still as mad as everSad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out0 -
On my freecycle - seems a bit dangerous
Hello,
We want to make a kart/trailer for our 22month old toddler to sit in
whilst being pulled along by our dog. They both loved it when we
fixed up his trike but the steering made it a little awkward!
Or if anyone has one of those trailers you attach to an adult bike?
We need:
seat, prefereably an old car seat so that he can be safely strapped
in. Doesn't matter if the seat is unfit for use in a car.
Wheels, prefereably small BMX type tyres to give a little suspension
but anything considered.
Wood to build the actual kart the seat will sit in. If anyone has
anything that will do the same job already built then great!!
Thank you for readinto be updated:;)0 -
Good morning all on this dull and drizzly Sunday.
Flick - thanks for that freebies link (I rarely make my way over there and am always grateful when people point the inners in that direction), I've also gone for the black ones to play it safe!
Gingerchick - enjoy california. Norfolk is lovely, I'm sure you'll have a nice week.
Gert - brill roundup, thanks!!
Anyway, should run today, despite being dull out it's actually good weather for it! As long as it doesn't really chuck it down. Will have to wear my (really) old running trainers though as my others are still wet from running in the snow/slush on Friday! I know I won't get time next Sunday so I need to make the most of my time this week... ok can you guess I'm trying to persuade myself to actually go?!?!:)
Had a lovely pizza (went a bit made on the toppings and had chicken, mushroom, mixed pepper, sweet corn and pineapple) last night and watched Evita, was a lovely relaxing evening. Hope everyone else's valentines/non-valentines evenings were good.

Wokkies, I know this is a long shot and probably you can't still get it if you didn't already but did you claim sure start maternity grant when pregnant? I don't know how long after the birth you can claim it, the one off paymnet of £500 I mean....I know what you're after, but I've never seen one offered on FC. There are some websites with kiddie comps such as raisingkids and whattodowiththekids....Sorry I cannot be of more help. If you have any gift vouchers maybe that can help, eg Big Snap ones; go to John Lewis as I think they do sell 'em?0
