Can I take two supplements? I mean, could I take an evening primrose tablet AND the multi vit + iron? That might help?

Depends what else is in them- maybe take the bottles to a pharmacist to get a quick answer?

  • i would get advice on the vitamins as best not to take too many at a time, ask dr or chemist for advice, also make sure you are eating a healthy balaned diet full of fruit and veg as not enough of that can lead to bad cramps and maybe see about getting your iron levels checked as well xx
  • People have little sympathy for these "unseen" illnesses, like M.E and depression as well. It's only if you've been through it yourself that you tend to be sympathetic these days, sadly.

It is really sad. They are probably the same people that see someone in a disabled parking space and complain when the driver doesn't seem to have a limb missing! That really annoys me! I know some people use those spaces when they shouldn't but people like my grandad (only has one lung due to TB) doesn't have anything to show for his illness.

I have a blue badge, and on days when I don't use my wheelchair, just a stick, I've seen people peering in at my windscreen to see if there's a badge there, and then looking at me disapprovingly. Buffy soon scares them away though :D

Has kipper been in this morning?
