the OH is back \o/
went out for tasty pizzas and drinks last night, then back home to watch the football..
I too will be joining CompingClub, I'm on the 17th and like to keep a week or so ahead, but with the move coming up, I might just jump that little bit further incase my internet doesnt get moved when it's supposed to

Was a bit of a surprise to wake up and see that. Must have come down heavy in the early hours as there was no snow at 2am! I have no choice but to venture out in this with my massive pregnant tummy as i have to go shopping! My partner will have to hold me up.lol!

Last question - where's TK Maxx?? Only live about 2 miles from the Ridings but I hardly ever go as it's not exactly wheelchair friendly - prefer White Rose or Meadowhall

Just be careful if your moving, Royal mail doesn't seem to forward parcels. I had two go to my old address even though I redirected my mail (only because of comping, I wouldn't have minded a few bills getting lost) Luckily I left my details with the couple next door. My old house was empty at the time, but now someone is living there they could be getting all my wins. Ah! that's why I'm not getting any. :rolleyes: When I spoke to my sister who works for royal mail, she said the delivery drivers don't get given a list of redirections because they get too many rounds to deliver to and don't have time to go through all the parcels. :mad: I once won an expensive mobile phone from a radio station, I didn't get any indication of a win, it just turned up 6 months after the comp closed. So, I should go knock on their door and ask for my holiday, car, new kitchen and bathroom and all the little stuff that I have won and has been sent there.
Ok, I'm going to stop boring you all and go for a shower and then do some comping.

It's close to the entrance near the Cathedral, it does have a small but steepish ramp up. I don't think the Ridings is mobility friendly at all. I did use to go to the White Rose centre for everything, but since I've moved Wakefield is easier and nearer.

Thanks for that...I was planning to pay for redirection when I move in June because of the comping but I think I'll get it sent to my London address where it can be forwarded onto my new one, wherever that may be!!
