have been to my slimming world class, was not as bad as I thought it would be. Now the hard work starts

Forgot to say yesterday, when I went to get my hair cut the waiting room had a massive curvey sofa and I looked at it and thought "that would make a good naughty step" :rolleyes: I really need to take time out of the inn more :rotfl: At leat I thought it and did not say it to my friend lol

Right off to read my slimmig world pack and sort my shopping list out for later

Oh it's sooooo cold outside! Just walked into town with OH and it really feels like it's still in minus figures. We're due some snow after 3pm apparently, doubt we'll get much.

RCB, I never knew Kym Marsh was pregnant until I read the horrible news today. I lost a baby at just over 16 weeks (those on my Facebook, it was a few days after that pregnancy pic of me was taken) and even at that stage, it IS a baby and you can see everything and it was horrible. Still get flashbacks and nightmares now. Some people, again, have little sympathy for people who lose babies before they're "viable" but again, if it happens to you, which I hope it never does, you know.
