Tiscali phone calls?

As I'm a newbie, could somebody tell me why Tiscali bundle packages that include all local and national calls are not mentioned amongst the cheapest calls / internet providers? I'm about to switch from AO Hell and it seems an obvious choice to use Tiscali bundle package with BT option 1. Would this not mean I get internet and landline calls for £19.99/month and line rental for £11/month? Would appreciate some advice, thanks

I would recommend that you do a lot more research before switching to Tiscali. You won't have to look very hard to find dissatisfied customers. Remember that you do tend to get what you pay for.

Remember cheap isn't always best, and Tiscali are certaintly not that.

looked at that comparison thing and whilst tiscali are not the highest they seem t be no worse then talk talk which i use now... i have to say i have had no probs with talk talk

are tiscali really that bad?? cos that package is very tempting for the price

Yes, yes, yes they really are that bad, and like I say cheap is not always best.
But don't take my word for it, just follow the threads in here about Tiscali, I've personally not known one person who have ever been with them and recommends them, and that includes me.
