aol deals

hi, just thought i'd let anyone interested know (if you didnt already) aol are quite up to a good old haggle. Iv'e just had my aol silver upgraded to gold, with a free wireless router thrown in, for a total of £19.99pm; this is the equivalent of their platinum package (£29.99 pm) after i asked if they could match madasafish. He admitted they couldnt but i'm not sure madasafish were throwing in the router, and they have download limits; which aol dont. He didnt say it was a new contract either so nothing lost, and £10pm gained. ( pity about the 23minute 0870 call but small price to pay) :j

AOL are up for a haggle but they do have severe problems quite often
and they should give out a free phone number..

But for anybody who wants a cheaper service I suppose its good advice..
  • i must admit, iv'e been with aol for four years, and havn't had any problems with them. :j
