my local estate agent has sold three houses in six months

    If they dont get a sale from the sstc, they dont get paid any commission, plus if they do put it sstc, no one else will view it has they think it is going through the process of being sold.

    That's the whole idea at least it will keep them occupied, just like many EAs are putting the "sold" houses in their front shop window, surely if they were selling them like hot cakes, then they wouldn't want to waste valuable window space to advertise "sold" homes.:j

    Im talking about a small independent, so no sales manager to please. Id have thought the owners would have something to say if SSTC was slapped on the board without an offer being made.
