They obviously are not letting people who have clicked thru a cashback site purchase the chox - shame! Great chocolates!!

Be aware tho! They also send emails/postcards advising you that unless you cancel they will send you a special edition! It could be valentines or easter etc!!
It looks like a mail shot and so easy to ignore!!

I cancelled my account because of this, but I truely enjoy the chocolates!

Hi Jeppy, this isn't the case anymore. When you are a member of the tasting club, you decide how often you wish to receive a box of chocolates and also which type- solid, dark or classic selections. You can change how often you wish to receive the chocolates either online or over the phone. You will not receive any special editions without your say so. I'm currently a member and have not experienced any problems with the tasting club.

Check your recent emails. I agree you can choose how often you want the regular box. However, they are emailing/mail shotting people with an essential box offer. If you don't call to cancel (you can't cancel online!) you will automatically recieve the chocolates.

They also sent a rather large postcard advising the same, usually, I would throw this away, but fortunately, I did read it this time.

I only cancelled last week because of this!

Tried to get a topcashback to track via Hotel Chocolat today, just a standard order, no luck, error when trying to pay with card.
